1. Data that we collect
We collect information about you and/or your organization at three moments:
when Mya Bot is added to your Slack Workspace
when Mya Bot is connected to your WooCommerce Store
when people in your Slack Workspace use the app
The information we collect might include some or all of the following:
Name, Email and Slack Id of the user who installed the app
We use this for necessary contact and identification information about the product.
Name of the Slack Workspace the app is installed
Store website URL
We use this URL to be able to connect to your store and perform the offered services
API credentials for Slack Workspace and WooCommerce Store
Billing Information (such as credit card and billing name and address)
This information is entered by the user when first signing up for a plan and is secured, stored and managed by our partner Stripe
Usage of the services offered
This might include which features are used and when or how they are used
Due to the nature of our services, Mya Bot may receive personal information about the customers of your business. But will not in any way analyze, store or distribute this information. Nor will Mya Bot store any information about your store regarding sales, products or other business data of your business.
This information will only be transmitted in realtime and not store in any of our services or shared with our third party providers. The data handled by Mya Bot will always use secure TLS and SSL protocols for safe transmission.
You are responsible for disclosing the use of Mya Bot for your clients if required by the laws governing your business.
2. Where this information is stored and who has access to it?
Mya Bot does not share, sell or distribute any of your personal information other than for the express purpose of proving the offered services or improving the services offered.
We use Google Firebase to host the execution of our services as well as database hosting. Our Firebase database, and therefore all the data we store, is located in the US.
The list of third party partners that allow us to provide our services and may have access to some or all of your data include:
Google Firebase: where our product is hosted and where we store our data
Stripe: provider that manages payments and subscriptions for Mya Bot
Mixpanel: analytics tool used for monitoring usage of our services
We may add parties to this list as our product grows so that we can serve you better. We may also release your information when we believe releasing it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.
We value the security of your data. That’s why we follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We are always studying how to make the services we provide more secure and will keep making changes and improvements to our system with that goal.

3. How long do we store the information we collect?
We will store your information as long as you, and/or the company you’re associated with, are active customers of Mya Bot.
If you uninstall Mya Bot app from your Slack Workspace your personal account will either be deleted or anonymized immediately or a reasonable amount of time after.
We might retain information about your usage of our services for analytics and research proposes for longer.
If you’d like to delete or anonymize every possible record about your account, including usage, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do so within 7 business days.
Keep in mind that, due to the nature of some services (such as backups), we might still securely store information shared prior to deletion, but we’ll keep this information isolated and will take any measures necessary to not use or reactive it.
